Tackle Football

A FULL refund in tackle football will only be issued up until the day that a participant receives his or her equipment or whenever practices begin.  Once equipment is issued or season practices begin, a partial refund, equal to 40 percent of the current registration fee, will be only be issued.  Furthermore, no refund will be issued until any issued the equipment is returned.

NO refund will be issued after the date of the first official weigh in

Special Refund Conditions

If a participant signs up AFTER the first weigh in, they will only be eligible for a partial refund until the NEXT schedule official weigh in after they register.

If a participant is too heavy for their assigned weight group and cannot play in the next group, due to FCYFL age rules, this participant will be given the opportunity to lose weight in and will be refunded in full until the second official weigh in. At this time, the parent will be given the opportunity to withdraw.  If the parent chooses to continue, they will not be issued any refund.  No refund will be issued until after the equipment is returned.

If a participant has a season ending injury before our first official FCYFL game, they will be issued a full refund. No refund will be issued until equipment is returned.

Flag Football

A FULL refund will be issued until the date the league is scheduled to hold evaluations.

There will be NO refunds past this date.

Special Refund Circumstances

Season ending injury before the first game will result in a full refund.

Cheerleading

A Full refund will be issued until the date of the first practice. A partial refund, equal to 50 percent of the registration fee will only be issued from the first day of practice to the end of the second week of practice.

NO refunds will be issued after the end of the second week of practice.
